Your tasks:
- Creating, maintaining and updating client software packages for new and existing applications such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other business applications
- Developing, testing and maintaining software packages for deployment to end-user desktops, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Reviewing and validating software request tickets
- Creating installation guides in collaboration with software key users
- Scripting software packages for distribution, performing alpha tests and documenting technical aspects throughout the development process
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in Application Packaging (with tools like SCCM or Intune)
- Strong skills in Windows 10/11 in an Enterprise Active Directory environment, including Registry, Processes, Filesystem and PowerShell
- Understanding of MSI and EXE packaging standards and best practices, with strong log file analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
