Bauer In-House Exhibition 2026

Schrobenhausen, Germany – BAUER Maschinen GmbH is once again inviting guests to its traditional in-house exhibition in 2026. This year’s event is themed “Born in Drilling, Growing for the Future.” It will run from Thursday, April 16, through Saturday, April 18. Approximately 1,200 guests from Germany and abroad are expected to attend. This will once again make Schrobenhausen an international hub for the specialist foundation engineering industry. 

During the three-day event for invited guests, groundbreaking technologies, the latest machinery, and forward-looking solutions for the industry will be presented. In addition to the exhibition, live demonstrations will also take place in nearby Aresing. Preparations are already in full swing on the grounds of Bauer’s headquarters. 

This year’s event centers on a special anniversary: 50 years of Bauer rotary drilling rigs. With the market launch of the BG 7 in 1976, the company set new standards in specialist foundation engineering. Instead of just two piles per week, this groundbreaking innovation made it possible to install several piles per day. What was originally designed for the company’s own use quickly developed into a successful product series and continues to shape the industry to this day.

Martin Thormann, Member of the Executive Board of BAUER AG and responsible for the Equipment segment, says: “For 50 years now, Bauer Maschinen has been setting milestones in specialist foundation engineering, starting with the invention of the rotary drilling rig, which has transformed the industry. We would like to celebrate this anniversary together with our guests at the in-house exhibition.” 

In addition to Bauer Maschinen, other well-known companies and brands within the group will be represented at the 2026 in-house exhibition, including BAUER MAT Slurry Handling Systems, EURODRILL GmbH, GEFCO, GERMAN WATER and ENERGY GROUP (GWE), KLEMM Bohrtechnik GmbH, RTG Rammtechnik, and SPANTEC Spann- und Ankertechnik GmbH.
