Dharmawangsa Towers ia a 24-storey condominium and office twin tower building project located in South Jakarta. BAUER Pratama Indonesia had executed 717 nos bored pile, 32 nos soldier pile, and 682 nos secant pile, test piles and king post-installation. All bored pile and soldier pile in this project required to perform verticality test using Koden. In order to complete the works, 3 nos BG30, 1 nos BG28 and 1 nos BG14 were utilized In this project. The working area in this project approximately 10.000 m2 whilst the working platform is 2 m the original ground level, several sump pit and water pump was prepared to ensure our working platform is dry. This project is located in the luxury residential area, it required our working hours become limited, from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. per day and not allowed to work on Saturday and Sunday, which made this project more challenging. Due to the 5 rigs needs to operate simultaneously with other heavy equipment also, made the platform become crowded. With all the challenges the project was done successfully with no issue on schedule and quality.
